Renovation of a municipal facility in Marianna, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of August 15, 2023, project was awarded to BGN Contractors, awarded amount is $2,058,651.01. 1. Retrofit of the existing Public Works roof and replacing all building openings with hurricane impact resistance products, installing a corner-cap reinforcement on metal siding, and installing an enclosure around the fuel tanks constructed of steel designed to the requirements of the Florida Building Code Section 1626 for wind-borne debris. 2. Purchase and installation of a permanent 230-kW natural gas generator, wiring, automatic transfer switch (ATS), electrical connections, conduits and concrete pad. Generator shall include an enclosure Florida Building Code for wind load and projectile impact, TAS 201 Level E Certification.
