The services to be provided shall be described in the Purchase Order ("Work") and may include any of the following items: Item 1: Power brush duct cleaning, vacuum cleaning of heat and return air ducts, dryer ducts, and cleaning ofHRV units in bungalows (with basement) Item 2: Power brush duct cleaning, vacuum cleaning of heat and return air ducts, dryer ducts, and cleaning ofHRV unit in bungalows & trailers (without basement) Item 3: Power brush duct cleaning, vacuum cleaning of heat and return air ducts, dryer ducts, and cleaning ofHRV unit in 2 story homes (with basement) Item 4: Power brush duct cleaning, vacuum cleaning of heat and return air ducts, dryer ducts, and cleaning ofHRV unit in 2 story homes (without basement) Item 5: Power brush duct cleaning, vacuum cleaning of dryer ducts and cleaning of HRV unit in laundryrooms/mechanical rooms of various apartment buildings Item 6: Power brush duct cleaning and vacuum cleaning of dryer ducts in Gillam Town Centre apartment suites. Item 7: Clean main floor commercial space heat pumps, related duct work and HRV units in Gillam TownCentre Pricing Lump sum Manitoba Hydro ("MH") is issuing RFQ 042936 to seek the submission of competitive Tenders for the provision of duct cleaning services for corporate housing. The Contract will take effect approximately of August 12, 2023 and will continue until July 31, 2024 subject to earlier termination. The Purchaser reserves the right to extend this agreement for up to 4 additional one-year terms. The Purchaser shall review any price change and advise the acceptance or rejection of the contract renewals. The continuation of an agreement is subject to mutual agreement between both parties.
