The contractor shall provide all management, tools, materials, equipment and labor necessary to repair and maintain 136 automatic doors on Dover AFB, identified in Appendix A in a manner that will ensure their serviceability and operation. All maintenance and repairs to include service calls shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) industry standards. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. This solicitation FA449723RAUTO is being issued as a Request for Proposal. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01 and DFARS Publication Notice 20221216. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238290 and the size standard is $22 million.
