This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12905B23Q0111 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2023-04 Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination Number 2015-5629 Dated 12/27/2022 for Riverside, CA is applicable and is attached. This solicitation is issued as UNRESTRICTED. The associated NAICS code is 238220 the small business size standard is $19.0 List CLINS, item descriptions, quantities, and units of measure: BASE ITEM - 1 JOB OPTION ITEM - 1 JOB Description/Statement of Work/Specification: SEE ATTACHED SOW Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: 90 DAYS AFTER AWARD FOR THE BASE ITEM AND 90 DAYS AFTER AWARD FOR THE OPTION ITEM IF EXERCISE. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. Please see the attached RFQ terms and conditions for the submission requirements and its addendum. Evaluation: For the evaluation criteria, please see the attached RFQ terms and conditions. Offerors are required to complete in full FAR Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their offer online at SAM: www.sam.gov. An offeror must state in their offer if they completed FAR 52.212-3 online and that is it up-to-date and valid. See the attached RFQ terms and conditions for more requirements. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Please see the attached RFQ terms and conditions for its Addendum. FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, is incorporated and applies to this acquisition. Please see the attached RFQ terms and conditions that are applicable to the acquisition. There are no additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned ratings are not applicable to this solicitation. This site visit is intended to give prospective offerors the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the location and to gauge the scope of work required of the contract. Pneumatic Controls Room temperature sensors (2) (equivalent to Phoenix model PTS400-R-DOP) 3. Pneumatic Controls Fume hood monitors (1) (equivalent to Phoenix model FHD-120-ENG-RD1-FHV) 4. Pneumatic Controls zone presence sensors (1) (equivalent to Phoenix model ZPS310) 5. Discharge air temperature sensors (2) (equivalent to Phoenix model PTS400-D-06-N06) 6. Replace existing pneumatic hot water reheat valve actuators (2) with electric 7. 500VA transformers (1) 8. Room-level control network 9. Necessary cable, wire, and conduit for the above named devices 10. Integrate with automated line control ALC) system 11. Properly cap existing pneumatic lines 12. Submittals 13. Programming, start-up, and commissioning Controls: Room #258 - Two Fume Hoods FURNISH AND INSTALL: 1. Pneumatic Controls upgrade kits for supply, fume hood and general exhaust valves (6) with electric actuators. 2.
