Site work and paving for a road / highway in Westminster, Colorado. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of July 31, 2024, this project is in the design phase. Construction is expected to begin in 2026. CDOT will be hiring one (1) Consultant(s) for this project to provide Region 1 Project-Specific SH-95 (Sheridan Blvd from 17th to 26th Avenues) Preconstruction / Design Engineering Services for Multi-modal & Safety Corridor Improvements. All parties (Prime and Sub Consultants) submitting as a team member on a proposal must be prequalified at least seven calendar days prior to the Proposal submittal date. Prequalification must be done annually. Written Responses from CDOT: 6/29/23 CDOT reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Proposals that do not meet the Minimum Proposal Requirements listed in Section 4 will be rejected as non-responsive. Submit CDOTs prequalification letter that contains the expiration date of prequalification. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
