Installation of new walls, ceilings, floors, millwork and finishes as shown on drawings and described in specifications. Installation of new water service and electrical service as shown on drawings and described in specifications. Installation of new mechanical systems including but not limited to Lighting, It/AV/Security, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm as shown on drawings and described in specifications. Installation of new exterior doors, fencing and gates as shown on drawings and described in specifications. Comprehensive General Liability-Minimum coverage - $10 million per occurrence Property Damage & Bodily Injury- Minimum coverage- $10 million aggregate Workers' Compensation as statutorily required Professional Liability - Minimum coverage-$10 million per occurrence Builders Risk 100 % of project cost Automobile Comprehensive Liability- Minimum coverage-$1 million Any subcontractors or sub-subcontractors hired by the general contractor must maintain liability insurance of the types and in the amounts specified above. In the event that any insurance policies are required by this contract written on a "claims made" basis, (instead of on an "occurrence" basis), coverage must extend for two (2) years past completion and acceptance of the work or services as evidenced by the annual Certificate of Insurance. Contract term: 10 months August 2023- June 30, 2024
