Renovation of a municipal facility in Springfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Elevator Modernization Contract All proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond for the full amount of the proposal. The successful bidder will be required to post a Performance Bond in the amount equal to 100% of the bid award and, if bidder fails to post same, the bid bond shall be forfeited as liquidated damages. A Bid Bond that would convert to the Performance Bond shall be in the amount of 100% of the proposal Question Deadline 08/24/2023 at 2:00 PM ET Bidders must submit all questions regarding this RFP in writing via email (or US Mail) to: Jennifer Hutchinson County Administrator jhutchinson@clarkcountyohio.gov All questions must be titled "Request for Proposals: Elevator Modernization Services: Rebid" and also indicate the section of the RFP the question relates to.
