The use of pesticides/herbicides in schools, while not anticipated for this project, is highly regulated and governed by the Healthy Schools Act. Contractor shall coordinate any anticipated use of pesticides/herbicides with the District no less than five (5) business days prior to the application of any pesticide/herbicide so they District can take necessary steps for compliance with the Healthy Schools Act.
