Site work for a water / sewer project in Jersey City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of 8/15/23 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on 8/29/23. Provision of water main improvements for south street, hancock avenue, oak street, and martin luther king drive Each bid must be accompanied by a consent of surety and a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check for not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount for the bid or $20,000.00 maximum, whichever is lower. Certified checks shall be made payable to the Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority. The bidder and its surety shall provide a consent of surety and the surety shall be bound to furnish a performance and payment bond in the amount of one hundred (100 %) percent of the contract price The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, or to accept the bid for the contract that, in its sole judgment, best serves the interests of the Authority, in accordance with applicable law. The bidder's bid shall hold firm for sixty (60) days. Mutually agreed upon extensions of time may be made, if necessary, and in accordance with law. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the written consent of the Authority
