**As of July 25, 2023, project was awarded to Ampeco Inc, awarded amount is $3508818.78.** Project consists of construction of Phase 6 of the Maysville-Mason County Contained Landfill which involves the development of approximately 10 acres of landfill area including excavation, access road, synthetic liner components, leachate collection system, drainage structures, and HDPE pipe. All questions should be referred to Herb Lemaster, of Tetra Tech, Inc. at herb.lemaster@tetratech.com or 859-223-8000. he Owner reserves the right to refuse or reject any/or all Bids for any reason, or for no reason whatsoever. The Owner will accept the lowest evaluated Bid price and the criteria for evaluating the Bid includes: "Location and serviceability of the bidder, versatility of the equipment and services, apparent dependability of equipment and services, generally accepted reliability of manufacturer, and services and reputation of Bidder." Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
