Renovation of a residential development in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The project consists of but is not limited to: Generator Replacement Refer to drawings and specifications for all specified project work and maintenance contract requirements. The construction estimate range for this project is between $227,000 - $315,000 Questions will be received in writing no later than 5:00 PM local time on Monday, July 3, 2023 via email at SmithT@cmha.net Responses to all questions will be posted as an addendum and posted to CMHA electronically. Each bid must be accompanied by a properly executed Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check on a solvent bank, made payable to the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority in an amount which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, 12 U.S.C. 1701u (Section 3). Bids shall be firm and cannot be withdrawn for a period of 120 calendar days, subsequent to the opening of bids, without the consent of CMHA. All materials and labor that ultimately become a part of the completed structure or improvement that constitutes the Project are subject to State Sales Tax as provided in Section 5739.02, ORC, and State Use Tax as provided in Section 5741.01, ORC. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of CMHA. THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE REPLACEMENT OF THE NATURAL GAS FIRED EMERGENCY GENERATOR. THE PROJECT IS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF CLEVELAND.
