Valley Water is seeking proposals from responsive, responsible, and qualified firms ("Proposers" or "Proposer") to provide On-Call Real Estate Services on an on-call or an "as needed" basis. Other Details Minimum Qualifications: The following qualifications are the minimum required qualifications that a Proposer must meet for a proposal to be considered responsive: The Proposer or Proposer's employees shall have five (5) years of experience in the selected area or areas of expertise. The Proposer or Proposer's employees shall have the certifications, licenses, or affiliations required for the selected area or areas of expertise. The Proposer shall possess knowledge of regulations and codes regarding the selected area or areas of expertise and shall be familiar with local conditions relating to in Santa Clara County pertaining to such work.
