Upgrades and repairs to Fernand-Charest cultural centre. The scope of the project includes major renovations of the building envelope, roofing and other exterior elements including foundations, doors and windows. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. The owner has increased the project budget and included it in its three-year capital expenditure program 2025-2027. Construction start is preliminary slated spring/summer 2026.
