The scope of this project generally involves reconstructing a portion of Elizabeth Avenue between the Bonaventure Avenue intersection and the Westerland Road intersection, while at the same time developing a segment of a Shared Use Path (SUP) along the same portion of Elizabeth Avenue. The project also involves select storm sewer replacements, select sanitary sewer replacements, removal and replacement of traffic signal infrastructure, new traffic signal infrastructure, underground electrical works, tree removals/plantings, and other miscellaneous items as outlined by the contract drawings and technical requirements.
