Reference Number 0000249888 Question Acceptance Deadline Jun 28, 2023 02:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes Pricing Lump sum Consultant shall inspect, for all buildings on the property, building cladding of all areas of the façade including all electrical and mechanical equipment, and all other permanent or temporary devices. Consultant to provide all necessary equipment to assess the cladding system. Exploratory openings are required on every façade, depending on complexity of the cladding system and Heritage requirements (where applicable), to investigate the cladding anchoring system. Any hidden issues with the building wall assembly shall be noted. Consultant shall follow the detailed scope of work document 'A3EN Building Façade Inspection' BGIS retains the right, should Supplier not be able to meet BGIS's requirements in connection with the Work or this Agreement, to satisfy BGIS's requirements from other sources and BGIS's obligations under the Agreement will be reduced accordingly.
