Demolition, site work and addition to an educational facility in Laporte, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a new +/- 7500SF athletic addition to include architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Project will include connection to the existing building with selective demolition. Construction includes the build out of a multi-purpose wrestling room, entrance hallway and vestibule, and exercise room. OWNERS RIGHTS RESERVED: Sullivan County School District, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality or technicality in any Bid in the interest of the Owner. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Owner is exempt from payment of sales and compensating use taxes of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and of cities and counties thereof on all machinery and equipment to be incorporated into the Work. All other items including building materials remain subject to all applicable sales tax. Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Bid Guarantee in an amount equal to at least five (5) percent of the amount of the Bid payable to the Sullivan County School District.
