Building 353 Digester Gallery Concrete Repairs The project contemplated herein consists of repairs to the Digester Gallery concrete ceiling and wall. All contractor and subcontractor employees shall obtain specific site plant safety training from Veolia Water prior to working on the site. Veolia Water will offer a total of two one-hour training sessions to the contractor and any subcontractors. The Contractor shall adhere to all Veolia Water safety policy and procedures. Veolia Water reserves the right to reject all Bids or any Bid or Bids not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents and to waive any informalities or deficiencies in any Bid to the extent that informality or deficiency is immaterial and promptly cured. Veolia Water further reserves its rights to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time not exceeding (30) days from the bid opening date. Bids shall remain firm and may not be withdrawn during this forty-five (45) day period. The time for completion of the Contract shall be thirty (30) days from the date of Notice to Proceed.
