Renovation of a water / sewer project in Amarillo, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The city of amarillo is soliciting bids from vendors for labor, material and equipment for the replacement of power pole invertors for pumps 13 and 14 This specification covers the minimum requirements necessary for the replacement of (1) power pole inverter for pump #13. (1) power pole inverter for pump #14. These inverters are located at the Combined Pump Station. 124 1.2 Scope This specification covers all material and labor required for purchase and delivery of: Power pole inverter based off the FLA of the drive and if the drive is constant torque or variable torque. All necessary back plane connections to the new power pole inverter. Medium voltage cables and lugs per the FLA for installation purposes. Frame to include new back stab portion included with the new power pole inverter. New inverter fan bracket and fans based on frame size. Floating neutral 6 RTD (EP 1.1). Three temperature points (EP 1.0 inverters 2015-no control adjustments). New Inverter cart for shipments. NewSCSKIT-761. Now MIC/SIC flashed to 1.7. PCB power supply. All necessary Turck I/O components. Drawing updates. EP 1.1 and above. Phases U,V,W, RTD SP1. INV stabilizer assembly 36W. Consent for disposal provided by City of Amarillo in written form. Must meet OEM original equipment specifications and manufacturers updated recommendations. QUESTIONS, CLARIFICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: All questions and requests for clarification must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent in writing and will be answered by the Purchasing Agent in writing. No questions will be accepted or answered verbally. Except as provided in this section, upon issuance of this RFP, RFQ, or Bid vendors are specifically directed not to contact other City personnel, to include any Engineers or Architects and anyone other that purchasing personnel for answers to questions, clarifications, meeting, conferences, or technical discussions or anything else related to this RFP, RFQ, or Bid. Failure to strictly abide by this policy may result in the immediate disqualification of the vendor from this and other bidding opportunities. All questions must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the bid due date. All questions will be answered at least 7 days prior to the bid due date. If the questions cannot be fully answered by that time then, the opening date of the bid will be extended by amendment to allow sufficient time for all questions to be answered and those answers to be provided to all registered vendors. The right is reserved to accept or reject all or any part of your offer and to accept the offer the City Council considers to be the lowest responsible bid. By submitting this bid, the undersigned hereby certifies that said bid has been independently arrived at and that price, terms or conditions appearing or applicable hereto, have not and will not be disclosed by or on behalf of the bidder to any other bidder or competitor. Bids are to be returned in an envelope and your envelope must clearly indicate that a bid is enclosed and reflect bid number.
