Reference Number 0000323201 Question Acceptance Deadline 07/10/2023 07:00 PM EDT The Work of this Contract consists of but is not limited to furnishing of labor and equipment for the installation of Owner procured centrifuges; and supply and installation of associated piping, structural, electrical, instrumentation and controls (I&C), and miscellaneous improvements in the Blue River WWTP. Work which must be accomplished to construct the system shall be considered as part of this contract, whether specifically shown or not. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty bond, or a certified or cashier s check payable to the order of the Owner in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid as a guaranty that the bidder will execute the contract, if awarded, in conformity with the Bid Form The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond on forms provided in the Contract Documents. Each bond shall be in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in any bid
