Renovation of a parking garage in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of a partial parkade membrane repair located at 1740 Lorne Street, Regina, as further described below (the "Deliverables"): The project involves the removal of damaged areas of bonded urethane traffic membrane located throughout the parkade and replacement membrane (PMMA) to be applied as specified within the project specifications in the RFP. Concrete surfaces will be evaluated when exposed and will need to be cleaned and prepared for new membrane in accordance with new membrane manufacturers' recommendations. Existing concrete structure is a post-tensioned system and contractor is expected to know procedure and safety requirements working near existing post-tensioned construction. Occupancy of the parkade will be maintained throughout the project.
