Question Deadline: 6/22/2023 02:00 PM (CT) Requirement for Bid Bond: The surety company issuing the bid bond should be licensed by the State of Nebraska and listed on the current edition of Circular 570 of the United States Department of the Treasury. Acceptable substitutes for a bid bond: a certified check, an official bank check, a cashiers checks drawn on a national bank or a bank chartered under the laws of the state, payable to City of Omaha, or lawful money of the United States, or a United States Government Bond. Remove grass/soil at section Bl. Replace soil to meet proper grade. Provide, install and irrigate sod for 30 days as necessary for proper establishment. (See site sketch) Notes for section 1.1 1. Contractor shall lnsitu Sample all Right of Way areas that werent sampled in the initial sampling effort and record the readings on the As-built. If any areas are above the current action level, they shall be included in the remediation associated with this scope. A change order will be produced to cover the additional remediation costs if necessary. 2. SEE NOTES ON THE LAST PAGE OF THE ACCESS AGREEMENT FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION {IF APPLICABLE) 3. 81 - Standard remediation practices. Property has limited access. Address possible tracked section for access to 81. 4. DZ - Install fabric and mulch. (mulch to be selected by owner). 5. Soil excavation shall be at a minimum of 4, further (up to 12) if quadrant sampling remains above 400ppm.
