Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Meadow Lake ("City") is inviting bids (each hereinafter a "Bid") from qualified contractors (each hereinafter a "Bidder") for the 2023 Miscellaneous Concrete Sidewalk Program. Replace/Install 63.0 l.m. of combined Sidewalk and Vertical Curb & Gutter. Replace/Install 112.2 sq.m. of concrete sidewalk only (with rebar). Replace/Install 72.4 l.m. of ACO cross sidewalk drains or approved equivalent. Remove 10 Parking Meter poles. It is the City's intent that the resulting contract with the successful bidder be extended for up to two additional years (2024, and 2025), with a new scope of work to be negotiated annually in each year to serve as that year's Project, subject to both parties being in agreement to the extension of the contract. This intent notwithstanding the City reserves the right to re-tender for Project work annually at its discretion.
