Remove existing handicap ramp along Oklahoma Avenue. 2. At canal level demolish existing segmented drystack retaining wall and salavage block for reuse. Excavate for foundations and elevator pit... 3. After the new ramp is complete along Oklahoma Avenue then the existing along the canal can be completely demolished including existing columns and foundations.
