Demolition, site work, remodeling and addition to a library in Lakewood, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,400-square-foot, one-story above grade library; for the demolition of a library; for the remodel of a 6,000-square-foot, one-story above grade library; and for site work for a library.

The Project consists of selective demolition, site work and excavation, asphalt paving, concrete footings and foundations, wood framed interior and exterior walls, field stone veneer, insulation, siding, aluminum fascia & soffit, roofing, fiberglass windows, sun tunnels, aluminum storefront and hollow metal doors. Interior work includes drywall, suspended ceilings, library casework and library equipment, wood doors, carpet, LVT, sun tunnels and vinyl base. MEP work will include electrical, plumbing, HVAC all under the General Contractor's bid. This agreement is for services related to a project that is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ("IIJA"), Pub. L. 177-58. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States, as further outlined by the Office of Management and Budget's Memorandum M-22- 11, Initial Implementation Guidance on Application of Buy America Preference in Federal Financial Assistance Programs for Infrastructure, April 18,2022. Bids shall be on a stipulated sum basis; segregated bids will not be accepted.Sealed bids for the above-designated project will be received by the Lakes Country Public Library at the address noted above on or before the abovementioned due time and date. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.. A 10% bid bond and 100% material and labor payment/performance bond will be required for all work.
