The construction estimate for the 2023 pathway repairs is $250,000-$275,000. The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 2,600 l.f. of 8' wide HMA pathway removal and reconstruction on 104th Avenue 2,500 l.f. of 8' wide HMA pathway removal and reconstruction on Waverly Road 2,800 l.f. of 8' wide HMA pathway overlay on Lakewood Boulevard Reconstruction of path at 458 W Lakewood Boulevard The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from Holland Charter Township. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Holland Charter Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of forty-five (45) days after the receipt of bids.
