Notice to Proceed for the project is anticipated to be on August 21, 2023. Substantial Completion of the Project shall be accomplished within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days of the date of the Notice to Proceed unless the period for completion is extended otherwise in accordance with the Contract Documents.
