Description: The Work generally consists of constructing a new operations building (approximately 6,100 square feet) at the City of Pocatello WPCF and appurtenant site work. The operations building consists primarily of office and conference/training spaces and support areas including break area, restroom facilities, an employee wellness area, shower facilities, laboratory spaces, and mechanical rooms. Site Directions: Pocatello Water Pollution Control Facility 10733 N. Rio Vista Road, Pocatello, ID 83202 This project will require a Public Works license. Please supply a copy of your PW license with your bid. Note from ESI Construction: RFI's are due 7-5-2023 to Wade Parker at wadeparker@esiconstruction.com Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
