Private property storm water mitigation and manhole rehabilitation. Pre-Qualification: Yes. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the City of Racine to qualify to bid. Interested bidders must fill out and submit Pre-qualification Form and Affirmative Action Plan and submit the forms to the City of Racine. These forms must be approved by the City in order to bid on the project. Deadline for submitting a prequalification application is five (5) days prior to the time of bid opening. Work on this contract shall be completed within 45 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed
