Completion Date:Oct. 13, 2023 This project involves Sanitary Manhole Reconstructions, Directional Boring, Storm Sewer construction, Concrete walk, Lawn Restoration, PVC storm sewer installation in the locations shown in the plans and specifications. Private property storm water mitigation and manhole rehabilitation. Pre-Qualification: Yes. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the City of Racine to qualify to bid. Interested bidders must fill out and submit Pre-qualification Form and Affirmative Action Plan and submit the forms to the City of Racine. These forms must be approved by the City in order to bid on the project. Deadline for submitting a prequalification application is five (5) days prior to the time of bid opening. Bidders may submit Pre-qualification Form and Affirmative Action Plan electronically to Ron Pritzlaff at Ronald.Pritzlaff@cityofracine.org. Work on this contract shall be completed within 45 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed
