This agreement will be funded by the Community Development Block Grant, with both parties of this agreement will take all necessary steps to ensure all the rules and regulations of this grant are followed and will cooperate with any local, state or federal entity for administration or auditing of this grant. The project involves the limited renovation of the existing Municipal Building, Senior Center, Melini Park and Historical Society. All improvements are an effort to bring the Borough's buildings into compliance with current ADA Accessibility Standards. The qualifications shall consist of: The selected firm will be responsible for the design, bidding, contracting, and construction supervision for the installation of code conforming doors at three locations. Parties of this agreement also understand that any persons or entity on any federal debarred list will not be eligible to receive the federal funds that are the benefit of this agreement. o The replacement of one access door on all three buildings. o The renovation of bathrooms of the Historical Society and Melini Park. o Restriping of the parking lots at the Senior Center and Historical Society. o Replacement of the concrete sidewalk which connects the parking lotto the ADA access doors at the Senior Center and Historical Society.
