Reference Number 0000250126 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/07/12 05:00:00 PM CST This specification describes the Plastic Cable Guards to be built in accordance with Section 2 Reference Publications except where specific requirements of this specification shall take precedence. Material These guards must be suitable for extended outdoor use, seasonal temperature variations and direct sunlight. Material used shall be high-density polyethylene or cross-link polyethylene, of uniform and consistent composition, and grey in color. The high-density polyethylene shall have a minimum thickness of 6.4mm (1/4"). The cross-link polyethylene shall have a minimum thickness of 4.8mm (3/16") Stage I will consist of a review to determine which bids comply with all of the mandatory requirements. Bids that do not comply with all of the mandatory requirements as of the Submission Deadline will, subject to the express and implied rights of SaskPower, be disqualified and not evaluated further. The mandatory requirements are located in Appendix A. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
