Site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Princes Lakes, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a 9,150-square-foot water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

A. The contract work provides for furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment as required for construction of a 152.5' x 60' wood framed building. The building will include a 112.5' x 60' x 16' high post framed wood structure to be used as a maintenance and storage area for the Water and Wastewater Utilities. A 40' x 60' x 10' high conventionally wood framed structure will be attached to the maintenance area. This area will be used for the Utilities administrative and billing offices. Additional Description: The new facility will be constructed at the site presently occupied by the Water and Wastewater Utility 40' x 96' post framed maintenance building located at 302 East Old Hospital Road near Edinburgh, Indiana.
