Project Description: This project will consist of existing roof-mounted air handling equipment at the Wyoming Women's Center serving pods 8, 9, and 10 that will be removed and replaced with new equipment. Heating will be from the existing hydronic hot water system with new hot water coil pumps installed in mechanical room. New VAV boxes will replace existing hot water reheat coils within the pods. Chilled water piping will be extended to the rooftop units from the adjacent industries building. Additional electrical capacity will be added to accommodate the added cooling. The existing primary connection will be upgraded and extended with a new transformer. General construction consisting of earthwork, masonry veneer, structural metal framing, EIFS and roofing. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 10:30 a.m. MT on May 21, 2024. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 10:30 a.m. MT on May 30, 2024. Questions received after the deadline will not be addressed. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000.
