Project consists of providing all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and services required to perform maintenance repairs to the Parking Structure in accordance with these Contract Documents. Work includes concrete repairs to the floors, stair nosings, walls, expansion joint replacement, removal and replacement of a traffic bearing waterproofing membrane, painting of traffic markings and handrails, isolated replacement of isolation joint sealant, and tuckpointing. Bidders are advised of the following requirements of this contract: 1) Illinois Prevailing Wage; 2) 5% Bid Security with submittal of bid; 3) 110% Performance Security within fifteen (15) calendar days after Contract award; 4) applicable OSHA and EPA requirements. The City Council of the City of Batavia reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any technicalities, discrepancies, or information in the bids.
