The City of Pigeon Forge is seeking proposals from qualified construction firms interested in providing Construction Manager at Risk services for the construction of a new Fire Station No.1 and accessory building and a new Police Department Headquarters and accessory building containing a firing range. This project is located in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. A single Construction Manager at Risk entity will provide both Pre-Construction and Construction services for the Project. The facility will be located on city-owned property in Pigeon Forge,TN. The current plan is to tear down the existing buildings referred to as Meeting Rooms A, B,C, the old gymnasium, a studio apartment and a metal building and Construct a retaining wall and place fill to level the site with the current City Hall Complex land. The City has completed the programming space with SRA Architects and a preliminary site plan has been developed. The plan for the Fire Station No. 1 is approximately a 30,548 square feet of heated space and an additional 6,340 sf. Accessory building. The Police Station Headquarters will be approximately 48,070 square feet of heated space and an additional ol a 6,471 sf. Accessory building containing a firing range.
