The Project consists of furnishing and installing Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining for existing 8" sanitary sewers , conducting necessary sewer point repairs, and providing manholes. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: RLM Engineering, Inc., 2700 N. Highway 7, North Vernon, IN 47265, and Telephone: (812) 346-6139. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, local time, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office . Bidding Documents also may be examined at the office of the City of North Vernon Utility Service Board, Carnegie Building, 143 East Walnut Street, North Vernon, IN 47265, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM; and the office of the Engineer, RLM Engineering, Inc., 2700 N State Highway 7, North Vernon, IN 47265, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
