Rooftop Exhaust Fans and Multi-zone HVAC System Replacement. Work of this Contract comprises of interior and exterior site improvements at Disco Transfer Station, located at 120 Disco Road, Toronto, ON M9W 1M4, Canada. Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning replacement work includes the following activities: Exterior - Roof - Disconnection and removal of five existing roof exhaust fans and one multi-zone air handling unit. - Installation of five new roof exhaust fans and one new multi-zone air handling unit. - Removal of existing roof curbs and installation of new roof curbs to suit new equipment. - Disconnection of existing power and replacement with new power to the five rooftop exhaust fans and one multi-zone air handling unit. Interior - Administration Building - Verify and make note of all existing controls and sequence of operations of the existing HVAC system in order to apply the same sequence of operations to the new air handling unit, S-7. Provide control wiring to interlock existing motorized dampers and fans to the new multi-zone air handling unit, S-7. - Removal of eight multi-zone air handling unit thermostats and replace with eight new thermostats for new multi-zone air handling unit, S-7. - Decommission existing boiler, drain glycol system and remove existing heating water supply and return to existing multi-zone air handling unit. - Removal of existing multi-zone panel located in third floor office and replace with new multi-zone panel.
