Renovation of a municipal facility in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of November 13, 2023, the project has been awarded and construction has been completed, however, information regarding the general contractor and an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Mandatory pre-bid conference will be conducted and must be attended by all prospective bidders to submit a qualified bid. Pre-bid conference details will be available on Penn Bid. Bidding documents are available at no cost at www.pennbid.net. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the required form, certified check, letter of credit, or other security acceptable to the Borough in the amount of 10% of the total base bid amount. This contract is subject to current Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act conditions. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, with surety, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount. This contract is subject to the Non-discrimination in Employment / Contract Compliance Regulations conditions. The Borough of Ephrata reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award the bid in the best interests of the Borough. Question Deadline 07/06/2023 at 10:00 AM ET
