This project is a 1.3-mile long outdoor art and culture experience celebrating Black Los Angeles. The Project includes an observation deck, sidewalk improvement, landscaping, street furniture, pocket parks and various types of art and signage. This project is included in the City of Los Angeles' FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of February 6, 2024, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available.
