Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the demolition of a medical facility; for the construction of a medical facility; and for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot.

A description of the work for this project can be summarized to include parking lot rehabilitation and site improvements at the Department of Health and Welfare facility. This includes: the reconstruction of two. parking islands, new construction of three parking islands, curb adjustments, chip seal, concrete sidewalk, striping and pedestrian facilities upgrades, as detailed in the project documents. This work includes asphalt removal, asphalt patching, curb demolition and reconstruction, chip seal, striping, and installment of rock mulch. There are also a few concrete pads and a rubber mat in the designated recreation area to the south of the building which will be removed. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. 1. The project generally consists of parking lot and site improvements. 2. The project is located on 16 th Street. 3. Work divided into the following lump sum bid schedules: a. Base Bid - Seal coat parking lot, revise islands, remove stairs, ADA improvements, striping, widen drive isle. b. Alternate No. 1 - 2-inch minus river rock, new concrete walkways. c. Alternate No. 2 - Landscaping (shrubs) and irrigation improvements at front
