As of January 9, 2024 no bids received, no definite date for the rebid. This project primarily consists of constructing a pond access ramp, gabion mattresses, retaining walls, concrete flumes and replacement of RCP storm sewer. The Engineer estimate for this project is $3,300,000.00. All inquiries must be submitted to the City in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders of the contract documents. A cashiers check or an acceptable Bidders Bond payable to the City of Arlington, Texas, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the largest possible total for the bid submitted, must accompany the bid. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, will be required. Not less than the prevailing wage rates adopted by the City of Arlington, Texas, and as set forth in the contract documents, must be paid on this project. Such damages are, and will continue to be, impracticable and extremely difficult to determine.
