Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lowell, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Estimated project cost is $550,000. The City of Lowell is soliciting sealed proposals for the Grindle Dr and Shepard Blvd Improvements project. Items of work includes crush and shape asphalt pavement, placing new HMA, intermittent curb and gutter replacement, new storm sewer and related work. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond by a recognized surety in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. After the time of opening, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The City of Lowell reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City.
