Asphalt repair and repaving work of the Zoo north parking lot to address health and safety concerns due to the current parking lot conditions. This work is being done in conjunction with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power Resilient Solar project, and will include include: pulverizing the top surface of existing asphalt, applying 3 inch asphalt overlay over 290,000 square feet in two phases, and re-striping parking stalls for a total of 791 parking spaces.
