Renovation of a municipal facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,772-square-foot municipal facility.
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES 1.1. D53 E/District of New York USMS Office de-installation and installation of new carpet. 2. OBJECTIVES AND TASKS 2.1 Vendor shall remove all furniture from four managements offices, vendor will also remove, and dis-guard all carpeting from the four offices and replace carpeting with government supplied carpet tiles on premises. Vendor shall provide carpet tile adhesive-2 pails in order to properly install carpet tiles. Vendor will place all four office's furniture after carpet installation back in its original location and state. Vendor will be installing three hundred and eight (308) square yards of government furnished carpet tile. 3. KEY DELIVERABLES 3.1 The contractor will provide all necessary supplies needed to remove, lift, discard, and replace carpeting. 4. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE 4.1.
