Description

Site work and renovation of a civil project in Des Moines, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

**As of July 27, 2023, project was awarded to McClure & Sons, Inc but awarded amount is not available.** ($2,648,043) Removal and waste hauling of existing rectangular primary clarifier components, cleaning, prep, and coating of the existing conc primary clarifier basins, installation of new primary clarifier equipment, and installation of new primary clarifier cross- collector equipment. Includes piping and mech improvements within the north inlet channel - a process which will require temporary bypass pumping - and cleaning, prep, and coating of the north inlet channel. Also included is piping mods to the scum collection and scum decanting tanks, and cleaning, prep and coating of the scum collection and decanting tanks. Electrical improvements to accommodate the new primary clarifier and cross-collector equipment.
