Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hominy, Oklahoma. Working plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

*As of 8/21/2023, this project has been placed on hold.* Osage Preference will be applied in awarding the contract. The Osage Nation reserves the right to reject any and all responses. The contractor shall perform services for the renovations as listed in the "Recommendations" section of the structural assessment report. o Contractor shall also provide all design services & drawings for complete and proper construction of the following but not limited to: - ensure roof is leak free Project #: 23-C15 4 - build out office work spaces (number to be determined with Tribal Development approval) - new secure street entry door - complete install security cameras/components with Tribal Development approval - restroom - fire escape - rear stairwell o The project site has existing utilities downstairs, Contractor will be responsible for all modifications required to extend those services to upper story for project completion. o Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing plans prepared, coordinated and approved by a licensed engineer in the state of Oklahoma. o Architectural drawings prepared and approved by a licensed Architect in the state of Oklahoma The Contractor will be responsible for securing all permits, verifying zoning criteria and compliance. All submittals, work shall be approved by Tribal Development The final addenda will be sent out on Monday, July 3rd, 2023 with the last day to receive questions on Thursday, June 29th, 2023.
