Renovation of an educational facility in Fort Smith, Northwest Territories. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Procurement Shared Services is requesting tenders on behalf of the Department of Infrastructure for the provision of Aurora College Flooring Replacement Services. Replace carpet flooring with carpet tile: Richmond Harmony 13.1”x 39.37”- Color 0005 Unify. Prep all concrete floor prior to installing new flooring as per manufacturer’s specifications. Reuse existing wooden baseboards. Schedule removal of all old carpet with the College Director prior to start of project. Remove all garbage to local landfill site and clean-up site at the end of each day. Sign out College access keys with College Director. College will remove all office furniture before work can begin. Provide INF maintenance with left over carpet tile and floor glue for patch work Dimensions of office spaces and locations as per attached diagram on next page: Admin area – 10ft x 7ft = 70 sq. ft. #200 office area – 52ft x 12ft = 624 sq. ft. #202 office room – 11ft x 10ft = 110 sq. ft. #204 office room – 11ft x 10ft = 110 sq. ft. #206 office room – 11ft x 10ft = 110 sq. ft. #208 coffee room – 14ft x 10ft = 140 sq. ft. #218 office area – 51ft x 12ft = 612 sq. ft. #220 – office room – 11ft x 10ft = 110 sq. ft. #222 – 11ft x 10ft = 110 sq. ft. #224 office room – 11ft x 10ft = 110 sq. ft. #226 coffee room – 11ft x 11ft = 121 sq. ft.
