Renovation of a stadium in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
General contract to mitigate moisture intrusion into the existing roof structure. Includes partial removal, prep work, installation of a new Owner Furnished adhered roofing membrane system, associated components (insulation, flashings, metal flashings), above and below grade waterproofing, sealants, and carpentry work to construct furred out walls for roofing termination. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified bank check, or cashier's check executed in favor of the Owner for not less than 5 percent (%) of the basic bid amount, excluding applicable State of Washington taxes. Bid security shall be forfeited as damages should the bidder neglect or refuse to enter into a contract and provide a suitable bond for performance/payment for labor and materials. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw or modify his bid after the time set for the bid opening until after 45 calendar days from bid opening date.
