The project is located at Pelican Parking Lot at 248 SE 15th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 . The hardscape work to be accomplished under this contract includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing median concrete/curbing, clearing and grubbing of contents within median (except for tree/bushes kept within the median), install stamped concrete and curb in median section, repair (2) locations of broken curb other items quantified in the proposal pages of this ITB. The electrical work to be accomplished under this contract includes, but is not limited to, establishing electrical connection and installation of electrical meter box for future EV stations and irrigation system. The landscape work to be accomplished under this contract includes, but is not limited to, cleaning and removal of tongues, adding silver buttonwood and trim trees that are approximately length wise 80'. Remove existing bushes and replace them with silver buttonwoods, scope area is approximately 40' in length. The miscellaneous work to be performed under t his contract includes, but it is not limited to, replace garbage cans with new ones (Bins to be provided by the City), power wash and paint all existing curbs grey within the lot and blue where curb is adjacent to ADA Parking stalls.
