Flintco is requesting Bid Proposals for subcontractor work related to the Fire Alarm, Exit Sign Replacement & ERRCS in the Thomas C. Clark (TCC), and Supreme Court Building (SCB) located at 1711 San Jacinto, Austin, TX 78701.Any proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. - Project Identification: Project consists of replacing the existing fire alarm system, 9 exit signs and adding an emergency responder radio system and associated work 10 at 205 W. 14th St. & 201 W. 14th St., Austin, TX 78701. Bidders should note that this project is subject to Prevailing Wage Requirements contained herein. Please provide a courtesy response of your intent by accepting or declining the proposal invitation via SmartBidNet or by contacting Shannon Brunner at (512) 822-7468 and/or shannon.brunner@flintco.com .
