Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dieppe, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.
* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Removal, disposal (off site), and replacement of existing floor and wall base carpeting .2 Repair concrete slab(s) as described in drawings, as required. .3 Removal and disposal (off site) of existing seating and associated components. .4 Removal of existing furniture from amphitheatre area and coordinate with Owner for relocation, reinstallation, of disposal (off site). .5 Painting of existing railings, door frames, and door panels. (Separate Price Item) .6 New vinyl flooring to be installed where existing carpeting was located on existing concrete floor, including wall base. Two (2) different colors to be installed, as per the drawings. .7 New amphitheatre seating to be installed as per suppliers' recommendations. .8 New amphitheatre lighting, and switches to be installed as per drawings. Existing fixtures and wiring to remain. (Separate Price Item). Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
